3-4 HOUR Service PERIOD (To not include set up time)

Ex: You select 6:00pm Buffet opens. IC Crew will be on-site by 4:00pm for set up. This means your event will end at 9pm-10pm. IC Crew will then begin the process of Breakdown.

Service includes the following

• All Paper products (Biodegradable. Island Cuisine is committed to protect our environment. All Paper products and or plastic products are biodegradable. We will not use FOAM) Lets all do our part to protect our future.
• Basic Table Dressings, Chafing dishes, and all serving Utensils (To include tables accommodating 1 buffet set-up. Any additional setting to accommodate extra buffet lines and or extra food is also optional at an additional cost).
• Basic Beverage Station (Fountain Water and IC's Tropical Tea)
• Buffet Staff member(s) accommodating guest amount to manage the buffet line (None serving) These Team member(s) are not permitted to serve food from the buffet line. (Though we do offer Buffet servers as an option)
• Island Cuisine will not service foods that are not part of the service agreement (ex: donations of the following, STARCH, POULTRY, PORK, SEAFOOD, SHELLED foods KELAGUENS, ALL SALADS, DESSERTS to name mostly).

Be advised that DPHSS Protocol stipulates that all clients must follow Social distancing and keep 6 feet apart. No guests are allowed to approach the buffet line without a mask. The contract signer is responsible to inform all guests that Island Cuisine requires a face mask in order to approach the buffet line. We will provide the necessary items to maintain sanitation for clients (ex Hand sanitizers)
