Island Cuisine TERMS and CONDITIONS and AGREEMENT

1 A. Client acknowledges that due to storms, significant utility interruptions, acts of natural disasters, the spread of infectious disease (Pandemic), and Territory/State relocations are beyond Island Cuisine’s control. It may be necessary to reschedule your booking or order and reschedule, without any liability on Island Cuisine.

1 B. Under Island Cuisine Terms, Conditions, and Agreement. Client acknowledges that all sales are FINAL. The amount paid is non-refundable. Not limited to APPROVED Island Cuisine Product or Service as transferable Credit. All PAID RESERVATIONS/CONFIRMATIONS, AND OR FINAL PAID BOOKINGS APPLY.
